What is the Fero Lounge?

A private co-working and events space for our clients and partners, designed to bring the drinks industry together.


Whether you’re hosting a tasting, pitching a retailer, running a workshop or meeting investors, the Lounge gives you a premium space – right in the centre of London.

Why we built it.

The drinks industry runs on relationships – and great spaces to deepen them are in abundance, but they can be expensive or need to be turning a profit.
We get it.

So we created something new: a modern, welcoming, fully equipped venue designed to help the industry connect, collaborate and grow.

What the space offers

The Fero Lounge offers a versatile and beautifully designed environment for brand activations, industry and community events, presentations, conferences and networking within the drinks sector.

Semi-private conference hall
A spacious, adaptable environment for forums, workshops, panels, presentations and all-hands gatherings.

  • Capacity: 90 standing or 60 -75 seated.
  • Two 96” presentation screens ideal for talks or product demonstrations.
  • Zoom enterprise integration featuring 360° cameras, with capacity to have 300 people join virtually.
  • 500W Sonos surround sound throughout with Bluetooth XLR & RCA floor inputs.
  • Top of the range Shure Microphone system with 4 lapel & 3 handheld mics.
  • Catering-friendly kitchenette with fridges, sink, dishwasher, filtered water and waste facilities.
  • Tables that can be set up to host masterclasses or tastings, with table capacity for 16 with additional capacity.

Semi-private bar Lounge
A dynamic and stylish setting for drinks receptions, masterclasses, tastings, networking events and product or brand presentations.

  • Capacity: 40 - 60.
  • Two 55” mirror TVs for branded or ambient content.
  • Premium bar infrastructure with commercial-grade ice machine, glass washer and triple-door bar back fridge, ice wells and speed rails.
  • Illuminated mirrored shelving designed to hero your bottles and brand.

Combined bar lounge & conference Hall
For events that move seamlessly from daytime programming into evening functions, the two spaces can be combined to create a flexible, flowing layout.

  • Reconfigurable design: split into distinct zones or cleared entirely for maximum floorspace.
  • Multiple furniture formats including boardroom style, u-shape, theatre style and classroom style.
  • Brand-adaptive lighting with full-spectrum LED colour options.
  • The space features step-free access and a dedicated cloakroom.

Two self-contained meeting rooms
Perfect for focused board sessions, client presentations, hybrid video conferences or breakout activities.

  • Capacity: 6 guests per room.
  • 55”screens in in each room.
  • Full video-conferencing setup for seamless hybrid collaboration.

Our module seating solution can transform from theatre to classroom & conference in minutes... Or can be stored away for increased floorspace.

From lighting and screens to the display bar itself, the Lounge adapts to your brand. In minutes, the space transforms into a custom backdrop for tastings, pitches, training or launches — uniquely yours for the day.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The space is free to use for clients and partners.

The Fero Lounge exists to support the drinks industry – not to be a revenue line.
There’s no hire fee, no membership cost and it is free for Fero clients and partners.

We built it so those we work with can meet, host and ultimately bring the industry together. We’ll always prioritise our clients and partners – but please reach out if it is of interest as we still may be able to help.

We want the Lounge to be an industry infrastructure, not a venue rental.
