The changes have been made behind the scenes and do not affect how clients access or use the platform today. However, they provide a stronger foundation for future security enhancements and help ensure the platform continues to meet the high standards expected of financial and operational infrastructure.

As part of the upgrade, Fero now uses enterprise-grade authentication technology trusted by financial and logistics institutions. We wanted to ensure that our clients are offered that same security.
This strengthens the security of the platform while maintaining the same user experience clients are familiar with today. Further, regular testing helps ensure the platform remains secure and resilient as new features and capabilities are introduced.
